Be sure to visit our practice facility at The Medalist just before you play and also consider using our course for your practice sessions between rounds. Head first to our driving range and start with some wedge shots and work your way up through the clubs in your bag for about 20 minutes. We have an excellent full sized driving range with a large bent grass teeing area that can accommodate up to 40 golfers at the same time. Practice balls cost $4 for 28 balls or $7 for 56 balls.

If you are playing, consider finishing your range session by “playing” the first few holes. Just imagine the first fairway and hit a “drive”; then pretend you're hitting your approach shot to the first green, and so forth. 

Then visit our practice bunker near the driving range and tune up this part of your game. Our practice bunker allows you to hit onto the range and this should help you work on hitting shots of varying distances. 

Finish your practice session with a trip to our putting green and spend 15 to 20 minutes on putts of varying length. Just make sure you hole out each putt.
