Three Cremini mushrooms stuffed with onions, peppers, crab meat, and cheeses. Roasted to perfection.
Arugula Salad
Fresh Arugula greens blended with micro greens. Tossed in a honey vinegarette. Topped with a sprinkle of shaved parmesan, shaved red onion, roasted red peppers and nuts.
Minestrone Soup
A house made vegetable minestrone soup, loaded with onions, carrots, spinach, green beans, and kidney beans. All in tomato broth.
Herb Roasted Cornish Hen
A Cornish Hen rubbed in garlic and herbs, roasted, and smothered in a house made gravy. Accompanied by a rich twice baked potato and grilled asparagus.
Pumpkin Pie
A rich, creamy pumpkin pie, drizzled in a caramel cream sauce and topped in a rum whipped cream.
