Valentine's Day Special Dinner - February 14th

Join us at The Medalist Golf Club for an exclusive dining event on Saturday, February 14th, 2026. Our chef has prepared a curated 5-course menu featuring:

Shrimp Cocktail

Three large jumbo shrimp seasoned to perfection, with a hint of heat.

Served in cocktail sauce.

White Chicken Chili

Tender chunks of chicken and white beans. Lightly spiced and cooked with onions and peppers, surrounded by a rich creamy white sauce.

Strawberry Spring Mix Salad

Fresh green romaine and crisp red spring mix lettuces. Topped with crunchy cashews, creamy shaved gouda cheese, crisp red onion and sweet strawberry slices. Paired with a lemon vinaigrette.

Filet and Seared Scallops

A tenderloin filet on a bed of Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Topped with onions confit and drizzled in a red wine demi-glace. Paried with three pan seared scallops on a bed of our fresh house vegetables.

Red Velvet Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream 

A double layer red velvet cake accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream and adorned with edible flowers.
