Braised Lamb shank with colcannon

Slow braised shanks of lamb served with colcannon an Irish mix of mashers, cooked cabbage, bacon also whiskey glazed peas and carrots and a Dublin gravy made from the slow braised broth


Guiness double chocolate brownie 

Housemade Guiness double chocolate brownie with baileys buttercream frosting and salted caramel drizzle
