and covered with a delicious white wine sauce

Tenderloin, with mushroom duxxel, and foi gras, wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown served with a gruyère and black garlic risotto, charred broccolini, roasted red peppers and a port wine demi glaze 

Bananas Foster

Bananas flambé in butter, brown sugar and rum,

cooked down to caramel and poured over vanilla bean ice cream and 

covered with cinnamon French toast crumble
