Here are some of the services that we provide before your event:

Tournament Coordination

Our professional staff can help you with ideas on how to plan your event. Some of the details we can help with are how to recruit players, what format to follow, how to set up the golf course to make it more enjoyable, and how to add special events to make your event more exciting. We pride ourselves on customizing your event based on your needs, not forcing you to settle for an option we offer.

Fund Raising

Our professional staff has plenty of experience on how to raise money by means of a golf event. For example, how to arrange for tournament and hole sponsors of all levels. What different on-course events and contests you can use to raise money; how to plan a silent auction; and many other ideas designed to improve your bottom line.

Set-up for Your Outing

Set-up for Your Outing

Our professional staff will handle the set-up of your event in all areas. From the bag drop and registration area to the golf course itself, every detail will be handled with care. We place all sponsorship signs and banners for you throughout the course, arrange the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin markers and can handle any other special on-course needs you may have planned.
Bag Handling

Bag Handling

Our friendly staff at the bag drop area will greet your guests and remove their clubs from their vehicles. Their bags will be placed on the appropriate carts for play. We also give every player a wonderful souvenir of their day – a commemorative bag tag personalized with their name, the date of your event and the name of your business or organization. Our staff will then instruct your guests as to where to find the registration area.
Cart Signs

Cart Signs

Each cart will be clearly marked with the participants’ names and their starting hole or tee time assignment. This organization of carts will make for a smooth start to the event.
Driving Range

Driving Range

All participants will have unlimited use of the practice facilities before the event. Warm-up balls will be placed on the range so there will be no hassle with tokens or buckets. The ability to warm up and take a few practice shots will give your guests an opportunity to play better and enjoy their day completely.
Scoring of the Event

Scoring of the Event

Live scoring will be available for your event utilizing our GPS units on all of the carts, This will allow all of your players to see how everyone else in the tournament is doing throughout the round. This also speeds up the after golf festivities as there won’t be the usual delay while waiting for all of the scorecards to be turned in. In many cases, the scoring will be completed before all of your players have even put their clubs away.
Great food and Wonderful Facilities

Great food and Wonderful Facilities

Nothing brings an event to an exciting conclusion more than a final awards banquet with great food catered by the staff of our Osprey Grille.

We have a number of sample menus for you to choose from and we can work with you to customize your selections. Our talented chef will prepare exactly the menu you specify. We can provide the ever-popular hamburger and hot dog barbecue to the ultimate in gourmet offerings. Or how about an hors d’oeuvres and beverage reception? Need box lunches or a continental breakfast for your players? That’s possible as well.

The Medalist has recently added a wonderful new tented facility to the club in order to handle large outing groups and parties. This party pavilion can handle up to 300 of your guests and is an ideal location for an awards banquet. In balmy weather, we can open the walls to paved terraces so that your guests can enjoy a real indoor-outdoor feeling.

You can hold an event with us any day of the week or at any time. To a certain extent prices depend on your choice of a day and time. We have great values here and we can customize a package to suit you and your budget.
